Focusing on visual art and poetic storytelling, the speculative multimedia works of artist and designer Desiree Kabis explore queer perspectives, the environment, and immersion. Kabis studied communication design and media art at the HfG Karlsruhe and Kyushu University in Fukuoka, Japan. Since then, they have exhibited internationally.
