Opening virtual exhibition – City to City: Human Responsibility

UNESCO Creative Cities Network Media Arts Cluster

On Thursday December 10th, 2020 at 3:00 PM CET the opening of the virtual exhibition City to City: Human Responsibility will take place as a zoom event and livestream via Facebook.

Along with eight other Cities of Media Arts in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network – Austin, Braga, Calí, Changsha, Guadalajara, Košice, Sapporo, and York – Karlsruhe’s Department of Cultural Affairs invited 10 artists to work together to create 5 digital media arts pieces around the theme Human Responsibility, as a sign of its commitment to support creative communities, art and creativity, highlighting the importance of international cooperation for sustainable development, even in these uncertain times.

Explore online the exhibition, video interviews & talks will allow you to learn more about the creative process and the vision of the artists.

The opening event will be hosted by the UNESCO City of Media Arts Braga.
