Manfred Wolff-Plottegg (*1946) is an Austrian architect and designer. He studied architecture at the Technical University in Graz, at the École des Beaux Arts in Paris and urban planning with Jacob Bakema in Salzburg. He graduated in 1974 and completed post graduate management training at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Since 1983 he has been working as an independent architect in Graz, and since 2002 also in Vienna.
