Hanna Jurisch

Hanna Jurisch is a curator, art mediator, and researcher working at ZKM | Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe. She studied art history and archaeology at Heidelberg University and the University of León, as well as art theory, media philosophy, and scenography at Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design. Her research and practice-based work investigates methods of mediation. In 2021, she developed a series of workshops as part of the exhibition Critical Zones, creating a sensory cross-section of the immediate environment by collecting lost and discarded objects. She is a beekeeper in her free time.
