Davit Khorbaladze, born in Tbilisi, Georgia, in 1993, is a multidisciplinary artist working across theatre, music, text, and new media. A graduate of the Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film University, he co-founded Open Space in Tbilisi in 2016, where he serves as Curator of Theatre. His work explores memory, identity, and sexuality within sociopolitical contexts, often intertwining politics, the body, and mass culture. Sound and music play a central dramaturgical role in his practice. Davit’s works have been presented in Georgia and internationally, a.o. at the Venice Biennale. David lives and works in Tbilisi, Georgia.
