Gülbin Ünlü presents works in “Fragmentornament” that explore ornament and script as related sign systems. Her hybrid painting-printing technique overlays family archives with patterns from historical carpets, revealing where illegible signs transition into recognizable fragments. Wall works flow into a large-scale floor installation. A video work complements the exploration of visual languages and their kinship.
