bizplay #10 – the 10th edition of the Gamification Congress will take place on 14.10.2021 with the motto KEEP ON PLAYING as OnlineCongress from Karlsruhe. This year, 14 October 2021 will mark the 10th anniversary of the conference. To celebrate the anniversary, and in light of the pandemic, this year’s programming will be a bit different from past years – special, so to speak. The event will feature two program blocks with interconnected themes that are reflective of bizplay’s past, present and future.
Creativity At Work: How Play, Games & Creativity Keep Us Playing
With the first program part of 120min to take place in the afternoon, Creativity At Work: How Play, Games & Creativity Keep Us Playing, and given the tem “work”, we nod to our origins as a business gamification congress and consider how the field has evolved; the word pair “at work” also hints at bizplay being a (team) work-in-full-swing (or play, if you wish), continually evolving, perhaps for another ten years. Thirdly, the theme links to the event location, the city of Karlsruhe as a UNESCO Creative City of Media Arts, as well, where social, technological, cultural and interdisciplinary innovation is at work.
With the program’s second part in the style of a Late Night Show, themed Keep Playing: 10 Years of bizplay Early Late Night Show, and to take place in the evening, the bizplay #10 will present the organizing team’s Best-Of, hailing from almost a decade of bizplay programming.
