On the evening of February 21, 2025, Karlsruhe will transform into a vibrant hotspot for art, exchange, and discovery. From 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., around 20 independent art spaces and project rooms invite visitors to experience the diversity of the independent art scene. Guests can expect a mosaic of painting, sculpture, installation, performance, and media art.
The participating spaces reflect Karlsruhe’s dynamic art scene, offering a broad spectrum of artistic approaches. Experimental works and interdisciplinary formats engage with perception, materiality, and social interaction. In unique venues, art and creativity unfold in close proximity to their creation—open, surprising, and inspiring. Parallel to the art fair art karlsruhe, Kunstrauschen 2025 offers an alternative perspective on artistic production beyond the established art market. A free shuttle bus connects all participating spaces, allowing visitors to comfortably explore the entire scene. Admission to all venues is free.
Participating offspaces: Atelierhaus Alter Schlachthof (including Atelier Steininger & Fitterer, CIRCUS3000, Mudiku, The Beauty School), COLA TAXI OKAY, CU, Die neue Fledermaus, free port purgatory, hinterhofstudio, Kunstperipherie/n, Luis Leu, mold, Nordbecken, Projektraum Rochade, Projektraum Spektrum, Schauraum B9, Showroom Schmitt, studio hö, ßpace, V8, V12, and the temporary art bar artini.
